Today we like to announce the launch of new eSupport site. The transition from old email based system to state of the art help desk was hard but fruit full. We recommend all customers to please create their account or recover account passwords in case you already have an account and forgotten it. 

We look forward to add a Live Response system in near future. Will keep you posted.
